The BSc (Hons) Business Management Degree offered at IIHE isn't just for the undergrads who wish to learn theory and put it into practice. It is focused on the requirements of the professionals, the ones that are already in their selected cooperate field.  As seen in our BM degree, a boarder scope is indecisively the first step to developing talent. Classes are held for them on weekends and take the same duration as the full time batch. Those who are already qualified with professional qualifications such as CIMA (up to strategic levels) can join the Top Up Degree programme which saves them a whole load of cash. Monthly and semester wise payment schemes are in place so that students can pay their tuition fees without a hassle. In addition, special loan schemes are offered via banks such as HSBC and HNB to make it easier for them to pay tuition fees.

Directly as an Internal Degree delivered through the University of Wales, we work with you to design corporate training programmes that combine the subject areas you need with assessments and case study work within your company. IIHE has been in on the higher education scene for over 17 years.  We offer BSc (Hons) Business Management degrees from none other than the University of Wales in Britain.

If the University of Wales is the heart of our system, then our lectures are the life line of our education structure.  A passionate and dedicated asset to the university, the lectures form the first link the student has to his or her understanding of the subject.  “At IIHE, the lecturers are a committed team who give a lot of time and attention to the students” says Mr. R. Goonaratne a proud parent whose son completed his degree with 1^st class honors. Not only are they Master’s degree holders, they have years in their specific field giving them that extra zest to complement their subject know-how.

Courses are in both part time and full time batches to make it easier for students to follow. A highlight in the syllabus is the module ‘Real Life Problem Solving’ (RLPS) where students get to wander off into the corporate world to meet real people and solve real problems. This is where the students reach outside their theoretical studies and rub shoulders with corporate entities to get real time experience out on the field. Depending on how they handle the scenario, companies even offer them jobs upon graduation.  IIHE also grants a lot of exemptions for CIMA, ACCA, Chartered Accountancy, CIM and other qualifications so that they can easily make the transition from these qualifications to an IIHE course. 

Life at campus

At IIHE, students aren’t just at a place where they learn. They make most of university life too. The student union hosts many activities all year around so that students truly make the maximum out of “uni life”.
